Oil is high priced yet gasoline is still relatively CHEAP. What does that tell you?

Did you know that you pay LESS of a percentage of your income on energy than you did 10 years ago?Oil is high priced yet gasoline is still relatively CHEAP. What does that tell you?
It means that the refineries are working at a higher capacity.Oil is high priced yet gasoline is still relatively CHEAP. What does that tell you?
Who feeds you guys that crap?
I am very, very pleasantly surprised that gas has not shot up. I am worried about home heating oil, though.

I remember the 1970s and the gas lines. My biggest concern is that some Democrat scheme will bring them back.
Sh!t, gas isn't cheap where I live!
Tells me that every nation but the US tells us how to run our country
Your probably right, but it used to only cost me 15 bucks to fill up my car, and now it's almost 30.

That's not cheap.
That tells me that when this high priced oil is refined it will be very expensive. Wrong you pay more of a percentage on energy. Why cant you republicans get the number right?

Did you know that geek is spelled with a ';g'; not a ';d';.
It means the price of oil is being manipulated and a world wide depression is possible. In 1999 the price of crude oil was $10 a barrel, today it's $90.

Where have you been buying your gasoline? It is the highest we have ever had to pay now!
you're kidding, right?

leave it to a con to tell someone that something that's 3 times as expensive as it was 6 years ago is in fact cheap.

doublethink much?
The pipeline and the producers take time to pass the costs on.

Trust me - they will.

No I didn't. Did you know you pay more for healthcare as a percentage now than ever in history?
It tells me one that the oil companies are controlling the market and fixing prices and two it tells me we are in for a major upswing to correct the current market.
Please Major Dork , explain to someone at or near the minimum wage [5.85/hr] how they are paying less of a percentage of their income on energy [gas 2.89-3.15/ gallon] than 10 years ago!!...and that goes for milk, corn and a lot of other things.
I'm sorry where do you live? Where I live gas is not relatively cheap. It costs close to $700.00 a month to get to work and college for my family. Is that cheap?

In comparison my monthly electric is 210.00 and natural gas is about 40.00 during summer but can rise to 310.00 during winter months. Since I quit work I saved 300.00 in gas and 5000. in taxes. So this year I will save 8600 by staying home.

By the time taxes, lunch and gas were taken out of my check Iwas making 10 dollars a week.
WRONG

I'd love to see you back up that ridiculous statement

by your math

if gas was 1.30 then and is 2.90 now

whoever was making $32,000 then is making $72,500 now

ITS JUST NOT HAPPENING
