What is the REAL reason for the rise in gas prices with oil going down?

A recent article I saw gave this reason: There are differing types/grades of crude oil. The price you see quoted most often is for a certain grade of crude. The prices of other grades of crude are a different level and included in these is the crude most often refined into gasoline. This crude (at a higher price) is the one having the production cuts from the OPEC countries. The production cuts and thus the higher price makes the per gallon cost of gas increase. What is the REAL reason for the rise in gas prices with oil going down?
It's the age old......supply and demand. Demand is up supply is down. cut and dryWhat is the REAL reason for the rise in gas prices with oil going down?
Gas: Now that lets me down sometimes, Specially at parties.
Less output from refineries.
Pure, unadulterated GREED! What other reason could there be?
