Every week ';they'; say there are outages, import problems, high demand, broken pipelines, etc. to blame for higher oil prices. Its all bull! Why Do We Get Lied To Every Day About Higher Oil Prices?
Republicans lie, that's why.Why Do We Get Lied To Every Day About Higher Oil Prices?
So that the price of oil increases by an increase in demand for oil due to the rising prices. This will also get people to support the war in the middle east because there are oil reserves there.
So why don't they quit the bull and just charge 4 dollars a gallon. How 'bout 5 dollars. It would cut down on our gas consumption, which would help Global Cooling, and then Al Gore could fly his jets more often.
I think they just pull excuses out of a hat to tell the public. Most of the time their reasons are contradictory to reasons they have given before.
What car do you drive? Get used to gas getting up to 7.50 by 2010. It's supply and demand. Supply is steady at 28 million barrel a day tops, but demand is growing past that. Since bush and rice pissed of every nation ,who could give us a deal, they rather sell to the Chinese and no, Arctic Oil tar is not an answer, it would even be enough to fill up Bush's fleet of security service.
Wrong. There is no lying going on here, only you lying to yourself.
As much as I disdain oil companies, the one thing I cannot accuse them of is fixing gasoline prices, there's far too much competition for that to be true.
You could direct that question to the wing of US government that controls the Environmental Protection Agency. They are the ones that won't allow a pipe line from Alaskan North Shore, (some of the largest oil fields in world) to the lower 48, just to protect some bugs.
You either support that or not!
If you know it's bull, then why don't you show the facts and figures to back your point up so people can begin to make a change. Not sticking up for Oil, but seriously, bring SOMETHING to the table.
Because they can and no body does anything about it
The reason why we have high gas prices has absolutely nothing to do with Supply and Demand!
That is purely Republican Bullsit and Bush's propaganda!
It it were solely due to Supply %26amp; Demand how can they explain those 427 Billion Dollars in Profit? and the Millions of dollars they are paying their CEO's as bonuses?
They Can't!
The reason is that Bush %26amp; his corrupt energy administration is allowing them to raise the prices to allow for Bush's political payback for the millions of dollars that the oil companies contributed to his campaigns!
This is sooooooooo obvious!
Why do we get lied to when were are told it is the oil companies profiting from high gas prices? The state governments make more money off every gallon sold then the oil companies do.
That's the way the ';base'; operates to protect their own interest - sad, isn't it?
Why isn't important. What are you willing to do about it is. Keep in mind, that since the alternative fuels are not in place for the mainstream population to use, that we will bare the brunt of whatever fallout comes from punishing these guys in an unwise way.
Actually, the price is dictated mostly by Mid East. If you get the politicians out of the war decision making and go win, the price will follow down, but as long as the politicians are helping kill our boys to line their pockets or their egos, we will keep paying for the war that we could win!!!
No, you're the one who is all bull.
The latest increase was caused by sunspots.
