The cost of everything is high. What is the effect of increase in oil prices on the demand?
Not much.
At every rise, people try to conserve for a while but then fall back into their comfort habits.
Lets hope that oil keeps flowing. We'll be in a world o' hurt otherwise. No food, no medicine, no heat, no refrigeration. Be afraid...What is the effect of increase in oil prices on the demand?
there will be no effect on demand because oil is somwthing nessary for us so we will be using it
Your question is Transposed. It actually Demand on Oil Prices? What the market doing is testing the Demand to see how much it will pay. Just like everything. As long as the people buy and Demand, the price is ok! Stop buying, the price WILL go down. But, it in the area of need, like food. Got to work, stop buying oil and we have to stop working, no way to get there. Want food to go down, stop eatting, but, may starve to death. We in the next big step of inflation. Reminds me of an Old Song said something like; ';I owe my soul to the Company Store'; Research that song and you get a better perspective.
