Iran has no interest in taking over Iraq. Influencing its policy as a neighbour, perhaps, but not take it over. No, if Obama, or anyone else in a position of power, is wise he will invest massively in renewable energy thereby driving down the demand and price of oil. The only reason Bush hasn't done this is because he has a vested interest in the oil business.

Yes, After Obama and the Democrats surrender Iraq to who ever wants it I believe Iran will move in real quick with the help of al - Sader. With power over the majority of oil in the middle east I believe Iran will force the oil to $400 a barrel to bring capitalism and all western civilization to its knees, like Iran has promised for years if given a chance.
Under George Bush, the U.S. has invaded two countries and has threatened several others (Iran, Syria, N.Korea). Iran on the other hand has invaded no one.





Under George Bush, gas prices have gone from about $1.00 a gallon to $4.00 and is still rising. And you'd prefer to elect a guy who wants to continue Bush's disastrous policies rather than elect Obama who was smart enough to know better than invade Iraq? I'd say you need to rethink things a bit...but obviously you've done none to begin with.
I think Iran should send GW Bush a check every month for making them a regional power in the area. Were it not for Bush, Iran would not be sitting so pretty right now. He destroyed the only force that could contain them.
